Privacy policy

This site collects information only when you choose to send it. There is no account system, no login and no profile.

When you submit an enquiry form, we receive the details you enter in it:

• Your name and, where given, the name of your company
• Your email address and, where given, your phone number
• Your city and country, where given
• The nature of your enquiry and the message you write
• Any website, portfolio or catalogue link you provide
• Any files you attach to a job application, such as a CV, portfolio or photographs of your work
• The page the enquiry was sent from, and the date and time it was received

To read and respond to your enquiry, and to hold a record of the conversation if it continues. For career introductions, we keep what you send on file so we can return to it when a relevant role opens.

We do not sell this information, and we do not use it to send marketing you did not ask for.

Enquiries are stored in a database operated by Cloudflare on our behalf, and files attached to job applications in Cloudflare's private storage. Both are accessible only to people within the organization who need to act on them, through a signed-in staff area, and each person sees only the kinds of enquiry their role requires.

A copy of each enquiry's details is emailed to the team that handles it. Attached files are not emailed; they stay in storage.

We keep enquiry records for as long as the business relationship, or the possibility of one, remains live. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.

To stop automated submissions, the site records how long a form took to complete and includes a field that is hidden from people but visible to automated scripts. It also limits how many submissions can come from one network address in a short period. This involves a short-lived record of a hashed form of your network address, and nothing more.

This site sets no cookies for visitors. The only cookie it sets is a sign-in cookie for our own staff when they use the private admin area.

Where measurement tools are enabled by the business, they are named in our cookie policy and may set cookies of their own. If no measurement tool is configured, no third-party script is loaded at all.

Write to info@shreekama.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We will respond within a reasonable period.

If this policy changes materially, the updated version will appear on this page.
