Private label

Build your label with us.

You bring the idea, the reference or the range. We work out how it gets made — and tell you honestly what is and is not possible.

Who this is for

Who this is for

New fashion businesses

Launching a label and needing a partner who can take a concept to a finished, sellable garment.

Emerging brands

Already selling, and looking to develop product properly rather than buying whatever the market offers.

Retailers and boutiques

Wanting own-label product alongside the brands you stock.

Established businesses

Adding a category, refreshing a range, or needing development capacity for a season.

Starting points

Where a conversation can start

You do not need a technical pack to talk to us. Most conversations begin with less than that.

  • An idea and a customer in mind
  • A reference garment or a photograph
  • A product concept and a price position
  • A design direction or mood
  • A collection requirement with a delivery date

How it runs

From your idea to your label.

The same six stages our own product goes through — with your brand on the finished garment.

  1. 01

    Brief

We start with what you actually have — a sketch, a reference garment, a photograph, a range plan or a written specification.

  2. 02

    Development

The brief becomes a garment on paper: construction, cloth, embroidery and trims, and an honest first view on cost.

  3. 03

    Sample

A first sample is made so the decisions stop being theoretical. Most of the real design work happens here.

  4. 04

    Approval

Corrections are made and a pre-production sample is signed off. Nothing enters production on a verbal approval.

  5. 05

    Production

The approved specification is produced, checked in line rather than only at the end, and finished.

  6. 06

    Delivery

Packed to the agreed standard and handed over, with the specification and sample retained for any repeat.

What we will tell you

Not every requirement is a fit. Some categories sit outside what we develop, some quantities are not sensible for either side, and some timelines cannot be met without cutting something that matters. We would rather establish that in the first conversation than the last one.

Discuss your requirement.

You do not need a technical pack. Tell us what you are trying to make and who it is for, and we will take it from there.
