Suppliers

Supply to Shreekama.

Good fashion is a supply chain wearing a dress. The mills, embroiderers, trim houses and packaging partners behind a garment determine how good it can be — so we would rather know the serious ones.

Why this matters

Built with the right partners

No fashion organization makes a garment alone. Base cloth, embroidery, lace, trims, embellishment, accessories and packaging all arrive from somewhere, and the quality of a finished piece is capped by the weakest of them.

We are actively interested in supply relationships that are consistent rather than merely cheap, and that can hold a standard across a repeat order.

Standards

What we look for

Consistency
The second delivery matching the first. Most supply problems are variance problems.
Clarity
Honest quantities, honest lead times and a clear account of what you do in-house versus what you outsource.
Range fit
Materials suited to occasion, bridal and ethnic womenswear, at a quality that holds up in a fitting room.
Reachability
Someone who answers, and who tells us early when something has slipped.
